Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the quality of service, the following policy applies:
48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
Why this matters
This policy protects both your time and the therapist’s, allowing appointments to be offered to other clients who may be waiting.
